Now you can call anywhere on the planet absolutely free using this app. We were right to think that internet calling was going to make things difficult for the traditional calls. This is especially due to the luxury of internet available in almost every populated part of the world now. The telecommunications giants have always tried to diminish the net neutrality by hiking their rates significantly. So we still pay these companies the call charges while they try to screw the customers. Well, we finally have a solution for this, the app that will let you call you call anywhere in the world absolutely free.
This app, CallPal does not even need to be installed, which means you can call on landline numbers as well. This app is available on Android and iOS. The signing up process is quite easy. There are no extremely long forms to fill up and there won’t be any spam on your cell phones. It syncs with your contacts to emulate a regular dialling pad. The recipient does not necessarily need this app to be installed. The recipient will not know you are using this app, but can see your registered phone number as caller ID. Though the concept of the app appears to be really interesting but you may face quite a few bugs. It is somewhat disappointing, launching an app with many bugs. Let’s hope the future versions of this app, will make it bug free and would only make it better. There is a quality issue as well. Neither you nor the recipient can hear anything clearly. There is a delay of few seconds in the call, but it’s not a very phenomenal problem. I just wish it could run just as smoothly as it should. This app definitely needs some brushing up, before we can use it as our regular phone app, but I really think we should give this app a chance, it is built on great ideas and hopefully it gets better with time.
