How can i change Country or Region in my GooglePlayStore.you can update your home address whenever.you want can Change the country in Google playstore by Following My steps.

How can i change Country or Region in my Playstore:

step1- Open Google payments from here and sign in with your account.

step2-  Click on setting menu in the Top right corner.

step3- Click edit next to the "Home Address" and update your Address.

step4- Now Open Your Playstore and try to buy any item.

step5- Click to download then click "Accept and Buy"( You don't need to complete the purchase)

step6- Close Your Playstore app and open your phone setting > apps > Playstore - Clear data and force stop.Clear your Browser cache.

step7- Open Playstore , now you can see your country would be updated.

Note: If you don't see Playstore matches your default payment method billing country so you can wait few hours for this to take effect.

IF Your Country and Region Can't Change ↙
