Samsung Nougat Update News: List of Eligible Smartphones Revealed

 
When will my Samsung device get Android nougat official Update. Many smartphone manufacturers have started rolling out Nougat update.Only two smartphones of Samsung till now get nougat update.The devices are Galaxy S7/S7 edge.Sam Mobile has compiled a list of Samsung smartphones that would be getting the latest Android software.

Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, S7 Active
Android 7.0 update is rolling out for users of Galaxy S7 & Galaxy S7 edge in the U.S., U.K and China.They are now able to upgrade to nougat.The update is gradually reaching to the other users of the world.It is also expected from the company that it will release Android N update for Samsung Galaxy S7 Active.

Samsung Galaxy 'A' [2016]:
In the month of December 2016, Rumors had started swirling that the versions of Galaxy A smartphones would be getting the Android 7.0 nougat update.The smartphone which are eligible to get android N update are Galaxy A3[2016],Galaxy A5[2016],Galaxy A7[2016],Galaxy A8[2016],Galaxy A9[2016],Galaxy A9 pro[2016].These devices get update after Galaxy A[2017] receives.

Samsung Galaxy 'A'[2017]:
The South Korean giant announced new Galaxy A series smartphone at the very start of this year. The company launched  Galaxy A3[2017], Galaxy A5[2017], Galaxy A7[2017] have launched with Marshmallow pre-installed in it.According to Sources, These devices will be soon getting the Nougat update.

Samsung Galaxy 'J' [2016]:

There are only two smartphone in J Series which are Galaxy J5[2016] and Galaxy J7[2017].According to sources, these devices get Nougat update after the above-mentioned devices get Android N.

Samsung Galaxy S6,S6 Edge,Note 5,S6 Edge+,S6Active

According to sources, Android nougat was already being tested in the last of quarter of 2016.The devices are Samsung galaxy S6, galaxy S6 egde, Galaxy Note 5.These devices will Android Nougat by the end of Q1 or in the starting of Q2 after the Launch of Galaxy S8 & Galaxy S8 Plus in April.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, Tab A
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 & Galaxy Tab A are the only tablets from the company that are rumored to get Android N update after all the above devices will Android N update.
